About Graeme Queen

Since 2011, Graeme Queen has guided technology and service development as the senior director of IT solution delivery at Standard Insurance Company in Portland, Oregon. He holds responsibility for tracking key performance indicators, managing offshore maintenance operations, and rating the company’s architecture roadmaps. During his tenure with the firm, Graeme Queen has replaced several aged infrastructures with updated, cloud-based systems to promote higher volume and more efficient workflow.

Throughout his career, Mr. Queen has amassed a wealth of experience and insight in outsourcing, contact center technologies, and enterprise architecture, and he has spoken on these topics at multiple industry gatherings. He recently addressed audiences at the Avaya Evolutions conference and the Open Group Enterprise Architecture summit.

Graeme Queen pursues a number of activities in his leisure time, including coaching his daughter’s soccer team, watching drama television series, and training to qualify for the Boston Marathon. He also enjoys reading nonfiction books on topics ranging from quantum physics to the stock market, and a few of his favorite authors are Michael Lewis, Brian Greene, and Frank Close.
